چکیده
Abstract Objectives An excessive inflammatory response to SARS-CoV-2 is thought be a major cause of disease severity in COVID-19. The aim herein was determine the prognostic value IL-6, and demonstrate comparison between IL-6 related parameters Methods Data were collected from 115 COVID-19 patients. Results median age 46.04 years mild group, 56.42 moderate 62.92 severe group (p=0.001). There significant difference hospitalized clinic intensive care unit ratio among patients (p<0.001). values significantly higher than those (p=0.04) groups (p=0.043). area under receiver operating characteristic curve for as predictor clinical condition, 0.864 (95% CI 0.765–0.963 p=0.000). longitudinal analyses showed that presented with increased levels during hospitalization. Conclusions IL‐6 seemed guide early diagnosis an ideal marker monitoring negative outcome.

Increased Il-6 May Predict Severity of Clinically Amyopathic Dermatomyositis
Objectives Clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis (CADM) is considered as the subtype of dermatomyositis with amyopathy or hypomyopathy. Rapidly progressive interstitial lung disease (RP-ILD) is treatment-resistant and life-threatening in patients with CADM. Since useful markers for early diagnosis are necessary for early treatment in CADM patients with RP-IPD, this study aimed to investigate th...

Aim of this study was to investigate the relation between mucosal and peripheral eo...
